“Our room was practically on the beach. Beautiful facilities, the front desk staff were very helpful and professional.we enjoyed our breakfast, Housekeeping provided us with extra towels for the beach. We will definitely return to Atlantis.”

“Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi...

“Ein absoluter Traum… wir waren eine Woche dort. Mega tolle Anlage. Super sauber alles. Super nettes Personal. Toller Service. Upgrade bekommen fürs Zimmer topppppppp. Das Zimmer lag 3 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und war ruhig gelegen. Essen jeden Tag ein Erlebnis. Frische in allen Ecken. Wer mehr möchte kann auch noch die Restaurants auf dem Gelände aufsuchen. HP hat uns mit Kind gereicht. Minimarkt war alles da was man brauchte.Tolles Abendprogramm und wer Ruhe wollte bekam diese auch. Immer...
