“Front desk staff was not present when we arrived at 9pm to check into our room. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come check us in. When the lady did come to the counter, she was rude. The hallways were super hot and the AC in our room did not cool. The common areas were clean and the breakfast was ok. ”

Our host was very friendly and prepared a delicious and generous breakfast. The location is very convenient for shopping and restaurants- the little downtown area is very charming.
