“Welcoming staff is helpful and always at the desk when needed. The room is excellent and very clean. The property is very well maintained, clean and in convenient location. The river walkway/bike path runs along the property, making access to local businesses very easy while providing nice scenery along the way. The amenities and hot tub are clean and very pleasant. Would not hesitate to return again when visiting the area.”

“Clean room and breakfast had plenty of choices for the kids.”

“Great hotel”

“The hotel is located in a great area with many places within walking distance. I really enjoyed venturing out and checking out everything.”

“Towels and bedding do not look like they were washed. Tried to call front desk for help for the TV. I got no answer both times I tried. Breakfast was not as advertised more like just drinks for breakfast and toast. Will recommend for last minute stops for planning ahead will suggest something nicer around the area.”

“Shower pressure was good. Other than that property not well maintained, it looked a bit beat down. The bed was not comfortable. The Room itself was beat down as well. Not worth the $100 price tag.”

“Beautiful view and very comfy setting. Had everything that I needed and central location was ideal. Thank you!”

“Condo was updated and quite modern, very clean and well setup.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property for a weekend. It was spacious and comfortable and a great location. This is right on the water and a very short distance from the Dillon Amphitheater. I would highly recommend and would stay again”

“My wife and I have been coming here for years. Friendly staff, excellent value. Would highly recommend.”

“Second time I have been here and planning on coming back. Great place !”
