"The hotel itself is lovely with clean rooms, a good breakfast, and super easy to get to with the free shuttle from the airport. However not the best if you are a light sleeper, as the airplane noise is quite loud. Also, you are not allowed to use the pool without a swim cap, this is a requirement so they will not let you in without one. I planned to use the pool and sauna, however sauna is in the changing rooms, away from the pool area, so a bit difficult to go in and out."

"Staff, especially cleaning staff, are excellent! Lobby staff are incredibly polite and speak English well. Regarding the gated entrance and driveway on side of building leading up to main entrance, if somehow management could make it easier on the eyes. These are the only two points which do not reflect properly the entire property. Location is just the right distance from city center for me. BEST deal in Beijing, if not all of NE Asian cities (Seoul and Tokyo) Note: Taxi drivers from both airports have a difficult time finding this place. Once you’re at this property, you can pick up a little card to keep in your pocket."

"This hotel is hard to locate, you have to enter where a Starbucks is and it is across the hall, my only issue with my stay here was finding it. Anna and Mia at the desk were fantastic. The hotel has water, coffee and tea. Beds and baths are very nice. The hotel is on a street that is walkable with subway stations withing a few mins. Absolutely would stay here again."

"We didn’t actually stay here due to the plumbing issue so they put us in their sister hotel nearby. They were very helpful in making sure that we were satisfied. They were still our first contact. Our room in the sister hotel had slow drain and Smokey smell due to someone smoking in the fire scape. They managed to move us right away and even put us in a bigger room. Overall the management was very accommodating to our needs and they even threw a free breakfast for our 5 night stay. Location is near a subway station and there are a lot of local restaurants nearby. "

"loved that they allowed early check in with no issues/pushback.. front receptionist staff were all so helpful and accommodating to the best they can.. the room was nice, spacious, but the AC in the room wasn't functioning well so it was warm we had to open the windows, which was best and worked out very well. breakfast was a lot, felt like a buffet with leftovers. we were disappointed they didn't offer airport shuttle as listed to be an option, so definitely false advertisement. we did love that there was a starbx across the way! wouldn't recommend the hotel for a next time."
