“The TV remote didn't work and they were unable to get it working....but we were able to work the TV manually. Also, quiet time didn't start until 10 pm so we couldn't get to sleep until after the screaming kids went to bed. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to rave about; it served it's purpose.”
