"Our shower door had a loose hinge, mold growth on the adhesive that previously secured the soap bottles, and a non-functional handheld shower head. Additionally, black mold was present in the sink's overflow. All other aspects were satisfactory. I believe the absence of a bathroom vent may have contributed to some of the mold issues.
The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"the room was nice. the view of the harbor was pretty cool. the staff was nice and helpful. and the hotel is in a good location so there was a lot to do within walking distance. but i ended up with a faulty toilet. maintenance came by to look into but i was not in the room at the time so im not sure how that went... i just know we ended up using the one downstairs in the lobby primarily. we also were given a set of towels that had clearly visible blood stains on them. so i didn't care for that."
