"We reached the hotel earlier than the standard check-in time, and to our surprise, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in. This made a big difference, as we were able to settle in, freshen up, and head out for sightseeing without any hassle. We also had lunch at the hotel's restaurant, and the pizza was one of the best we've ever had. It was an unexpected highlight of our stay. During our two-night stay, we were able to enjoy breakfast on one morning. We had to leave very early the next day, so we couldn't have breakfast then. There were plenty of options for non-vegetarian guests, but as vegetarians, we were also happy with the variety and quality of the food. The only drawbacks were that the room was quite small, and the housekeeping could have been better. The coffee pot was still wet inside and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The friendly and accommodating staff, excellent food, and convenient location made our visit to Venice enjoyable, and we would happily recommend this hotel."

"We had a really nice stay at the Mövenpick Hotel in Zurich, Switzerland. The hotel was super conveniently located near the airport, which made everything very easy for our trip. Check-in was smooth with no issues, and the staff was helpful throughout our stay. The room was a bit small, but it worked fine for our family. The only real downside was that parking was very expensive for what you got. The air conditioner barely moved the needle, so we asked for a fan and it was delivered to the room quickly, which we appreciated. Breakfast was probably the least favorite part of the stay. It was a little awkward when we were told we had only paid for two people, even though the room had been booked for four. They then tried to charge me 30 Swiss Francs for my two children to have just a couple of croissants. There also weren’t a lot of options, so it wasn’t the best breakfast experience. Check-out was quick and easy, and we were off to the airport the next morning. Overall, it was a very nice hotel in a great location, but the parking and breakfast were definite drawbacks."
