"Room was lovely snd clean and location was great but the parking situation is horrendous. For that reason alone, I would not recommend this hotel. A tiny alley is used to either valet your car for an exorbitant price or self park in a public garage with no guarantee of spots available. Almost had my car hit by a delivery truck just trying to access the front of the hotel. "

"Amazing location! A bit difficult to find the parking garage. Room was beautiful and extremely clean. Restaurants downstairs and a nice area to walk around. Free shuttle to Museums. Ask front desk for information."

"Our experience was horrible. We booked only for 1 night and the room beside us, there were 3-4 people talking and laughing the whole night, Since midnight till 8 AM none stop. I called lobby 3 times, and they came to give them notice 2 times. but they weren't listening. It was a horrible night and we both didn't sleep even 5 mints. and in the next morning we went to eat breakfast at the restaurant located in the lobby and although they had at least 6 empty and clean tables they said we should wait at least 20 mints and finally after 30 mints they let us to sit which it was unreasonable. The lady said her manager asked for waiting list and other guests were so upset as well. won't book this hotel anymore."

"A good, comfortable hotel for resting after a long day. Breakfast is not included, but overall the stay is pleasant and suitable for both short visits and business trips."
