The service at reception was among the best I've ever received. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a young woman named Ana Victoria, and upon departure, I was seen off and helped with a breakfast mix-up by an Asian young man. Both were very attentive. Beautiful hotel with a full Starbucks and bar. Walking distance to the wharf. Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfy beds and pillows. Valet parking.
