“We arrived at 3:30 and there was a long line of people waiting to check in and no-one at the front desk. Took us 30 minutes to get to the front of the line to then be told that our room was not ready and that the front desk person has been stripping rooms to get them ready. Had to wait another 20 minutes to get in. Instead of switching up rooms to get people into their rooms - they kept people in their original rooms (standard room). Didn’t make sense. Very frustrating when we are visiting...

“Room was good, reasonable-ish rate. Clean and quiet for the price. We kept getting locked out of the room as the cards for the lock would expire way before we were done with the room. Annoying to have to go to the desk for replacement keys twice. Kids enjoyed the pool. Lots of parking. Comfortable beds. Good location for going out to see things. Feel like it was a safe area. Didn't get to use the restaurant so can't comment on that but it smelled real good as we walked by a couple of...

“Along with a friendly helpful staff, the hotel itself is clean and well appointed. The location is excellent for flying in and out of Winnipeg, less than a block walk to the terminal!”
