“Staff was amazing, food was awesome, dining room unique. Ivan and Lance very present in the dinning room. Always asked how things were. Also full of stories. Room could use some attention Ex: microwave had bread on a plate in it Only one wash cloth, broken rocking chair. As we found these things we should have gone to the owner and told him.”

“We decided to treat ourselves and book the Ramada. There was nowhere in the room to sit, no table although there was lots of room. I kept hearing this clicking noise which turned out to be the bathroom fan - we were on the top floor and the wind was causing it to click. Had to keep the fan on all night. The neighbors let their kids run free in the hallway and have a racket. We called the front desk finally and someone answered after a while. No idea if they ever did anything. My husband...

Not only my family, but so many other families just had to wait for a long time until their rooms got ready. My family was able to ckeck in at 5:00pm. 2. The mattress was all broken and sinking into the centre. I wonder if prison mattresses are any worse than this. 3. When my wife was taking a shower at around 10pm, hot water just stopped. “It is a great motel conveniently located in the town of Waterton. Easy walking distance to everything and beautiful mountain views. The room was comfortable and well laid out with a small kitchen. ”
