โThe view from the property can only be described as AMAZING. The surrounding environment was so peaceful and tranquil. The daily evening performance by the staff made us feel so welcomed. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. However, I cannot say the same of the staff at the check in counter. It was a pity that they were not warm or friendly. โ
โIt's was amazing stay and very helpful front desk. However, needs improvement in following things:
1. Breakfast spread
2. Lot of dogs around which disturbs your sleep at times.โ
โThe hospitality of the staff was beyond expectations and reproach. Their willingness to accommodate requests was at a level that I have never experienced at other hotels. I felt comfortable and at home. โ
โOur stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant. I needed some medical help during my stay at Thimphu and the hotel staff was very helpful and gave my husband and I all the help we needed to ensure I was okay. Thank You so much for your hospitalityโ
โDelicious food, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. This has the whole package. Had loads of fun staying here. Had some problems with the bill payment but the staff went the extra mile to help me through the process. The owner is a fantastic man. My go-to place for whenever I return to Thimphu for sure!โ
โThe hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The serve good quality coffee and has a trained barista.
The only downside is some of the rooms heating isnโt working at all. โ
โAwesome place to stay! Staff is friendly and in a great location - walkable to the craft bazaar, Clock Tower Plaza, Textile Museum, bars and restaurants. Some things are showing signs of wear and tear, but not a deal breaker. No A/C, but thereโs a ceiling fan that does the trick.โ
