Zimmer ziemlich alt. Trotz All Inclusive, nicht mal Wasser in der Minibar!”

“Sadly, I can’t give this hotel 5 stars. It has the potential to be a 5 star property, but in our experience, it simply isn’t there yet. For a 5 star hotel, I found the use of paper cups for coffee at lunch and dinner very disappointing. We were even offered paper cups for drinks at the beach bar, which I certainly wouldn’t expect at a 5 star resort. There was also no coffee in the room only a kettle, although surprisingly, there were proper mugs. At this level of hotel, I would expect at least...

“Die Liegen am Strand kosten seit Mai 6 Euro. Die beworbenen Strandbetten gibt es nicht mehr. Es handelt sich um Kiesstrand. Keinesfalls Sand. Also für die Kids eher ungeeignet. Ansonsten mega Hotel. Alle freundlich. Super Essen. Top Animationsteam”

“We had a wonderful trip, couldn’t get the kids to leave the resort. Food was great - good vegetarian options Beach and poolside areas were well kept”

“This was a perfect stay for us. The resort was beautiful. The beach is a short walk away-less than 5 min-and includes free sunbeds. I preferred the beach on the other side of the resort (no sunbeds but not a big deal for us) as the beach was pebbles and therefore the water clarity was better. Free parking was available, the bed was comfy and the air conditioning was great. Very cute recently renovated rooms as well!”

“I felt like I should share our experience because we came here expecting a true five-star luxury stay and, unfortunately, it just didn’t feel that way. We had just come from another hotel that was amazing, so maybe the contrast made it harder, but we also paid quite a bit more to stay here and really thought we were splurging on something special. One of the biggest issues for us was communication between staff, especially when it came to food. We both need to avoid gluten and dairy, and we...

“Spa is worth the extra payment. Entertainment team made the time we spent at the hotel. They are excellent. Lots of choice food and drinks. Only thing to improve is the attention to details by the cleaners, although they are not the worst.”

“Thank you for your service. lt was very good to stay in this hotel. Id like to visit there one more time with my fam.”
