“The Pub was a grade 2 listed building which was a 1700 era the best way to describe it is Quirky! . The internal pub area was full of history and upstairs the rooms fixtures and fitting new with the decoration being fresh but sympathetic to the age of the building. the food was good Pub Grub and the cooked breakfast was great Full English or Full Scottish Both filling and well cooked, served piping hot! Lovely outside area and caters for Dogs. ”

“Easy to get to. Great brekkie for those who are not vegan. On arrival, had a spot of lunch. Would be nice to have more vegan options that didn't involve curry spices.

“I booked a single room which was basic but had everything I needed for a quick stopover. The hotel is on the flight path so expect to hear the planes!
The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with outside seating . Food was good, restaurant staff very friendly.
Just a tip (and nothing to do with the hotel) if you book a taxi at the airport from the only taxi supplier to the hotel and back , it’s going to cost best part of £50!

"I reserved a single twin bed room with private bath. There were no closets, hai dryer, and just one towel was provided. The room was too small, of course different from the photos uploaded on the website. It is not available to keep your luggage after checkout. However, the employees were kind, and the location is safe and near the British museum. "
