"A localização e o atendimento no café da manhã são ótimos, deixa muito a desejar na limpeza e estado de conservação dos quartos. A limpeza diária se resume em esticar os lençóis. passar um pano ou varrer o chao do quarto não acontecem, as áreas comuns também com a limpeza bem ruim. Meu quarto tinha lençóis velhos e manchados, tudo com muita falta de limpeza e conservação. Infelizmente não retornarei a essa pousada pois já fiquei em outras que estão em condições melhores e mesmo preço."

A localização é uma área afastada dos estabelecimentos comerciais, o que necessita do serviço de táxi constantemente, mas é praticamente beira mar da praia da Conceição. A estadia não foi como esperava, pois as instalações precisam de melhorias urgentes. Na porta de acesso ao quarto existia espaços que facilitava a entrada de mosquitos. "O atendimento foi excepcional, atenciosos e cuidadosos conosco. A vista da pousa é realmente maravilhosa e o ambiente muito agradável. Experimentamos dois quartos diferentes, o primeiro amplo e com a vista privilegiada para a baía do Sueste. Sentimos falta apenas de lugar apropriado para pendurarmos as roupas de banho, pois haviam suportes apenas para as toalhas. No segundo quarto, este bem menor, precisa de algumas melhorias no banheiro, que encontra-se desgastado, e neste não havia nenhum suporte para pendurarmos as roupas de banho, nem para as toalhas.
