โAmazing property facing coffee garden and trail to mountain top.
Only downside is access road to resort is in dilapidated state, not safe after sunsetโ
โExcellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car.

Staff and cook are very very polite.
Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on โroomsโ (instead of 5-star rating).โ
โOMG..It was terrible experience in this hotel. They didnt have any good service at all. there wasnt refrigiater in each room.Never go this hotel again...โ
โThe one that attracted me is their cleanliness and friendly staff. The customer service is excellent. The vicinity is beautiful and easily accessible from city. Must stay. Decent price. They have dine in restaurant also.โ
โstay was very good, staff are very kind and helping, hotel has a restaurant which provides excellent food, breakfast is free. Tour operator is in the hotel provides taxis and we had very nice 2 days tour of Ooty โ
