"When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"Pousada muito boa, com vários animais, muita natura ao redor, pés de frutas, pássaros, uma vista linda, trilha dentro da pousada, passeiode cavalo. O que falta na pousada é uma piscina aquecida por está na serra e no frio faz diferença na região. Também poderiam servir um café da tarde, alguma refeição além do café da manhã que já tem na diária, que é muito bom.
