"The owner's obviously take pride in the condition of the hotel, plus there are level 2 EV chargers onsite! The breakfast was perfectly passable, and the pool and hot tub were in great shape. Our room was comfortable. We had the triple queen, and it was a bit tight and the bathroom was tiny. That said, we had a nice stay and I would go back."
"By far the greatest travel destination for an anniversary. The view is stunning, the staff are amazing. The jetted tubs and fireplaces in the rooms were perfect. Mid 50 degrees at night and near 70 during the day on Aug 2. Wow.
Get the pizza down the hill, you won’t regret it.
All in all… perfection."
"The staff throughout the property were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The front desk team made us feel appreciated from the moment we arrived.
The breakfast buffet each morning was very good and offered a nice variety.
The only disappointment was the restaurant for dinner. We waited 1½ hours for food that never arrived, and we noticed several other tables eventually walked out after waiting just as long. It appeared the kitchen was severely understaffed and unable to keep up with the summer crowds. This seemed to be an operations and staffing issue rather than a reflection on the restaurant employees, who were doing their best.
Unfortunately, there are very few dining options nearby, with the closest restaurants about 20 minutes away. By the time we realized our meal wasn't coming, many of those restaurants had already closed, leaving us with no other options for dinner. With better kitchen staffing and management, the dining experience could easily match the quality of the rest of the property."
"Even though we arrived for a late check-in and the attendant was VERY courteuos and polite, he even told us about breakfast and local things-to-do during our stay. The property was very clean and well kept. We recommend this hotel and we will stay again if we are in the area!"
"Beautiful room and views. Breakfast was nice too. Staff were great. Kitchen could use a dish towel and a serrated knife. Small fridge seemed to be overheating and not very cold. Grounds could use some maintenance. Not trying to be knit picky, just thought it should be better for the lofty price."
