"Very nice hotel. Everything was super clean.
Yummy breakfast. Lots of food options.
Beds are very comfortable. Pool and pool area is nice and clean. Great location.
Enjoyed our stay here.
Thankyou!"
"We really enjoyed our stay! The view is fantastic. The staff extremely kind and friendly. Overall, the property is very quiet, quaint, and peaceful. It is an older hotel although everything is in good condition and very clean. The jacuzzi tubs are quite loud so we did not use them much. Also we did not try the coffee and pastries, but only because we are early risers, already going about our day by 8am. The town of Point Arena is a gem… we will be back!"
"The rooms could use little improvements. The side tables looked like they came from IKEA. Bare walls could use some artwork or photographs. There was a blackout curtain to block the light from the bathroom that was barely hanging. They should just paint that instead. Toiletries in the bathroom were single-use. Pool could use some TLC.
Having said that, the room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Big bathroom with a ton of light. Great view from the room and the bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great patio on the back for late-night conversations and hangouts."
"they don't clean the room unless you ask .... ? maybe it's the norm but I found that not cool. so when we got back late, we had no clean towels, and were given pool towels. best part was Starbucks coffee at breakfast in lobby. pool looked clean. check in was ok. friendly"
"Loved the cozy cabins that had everything we needed. Gas fireplace was nice. We had an issue with the toilet that kept running, but we called and someone came to fix it right away. Some cabin locations are better than others as far as what your view is (grassy area vs driveway and backs of other cabins) and noise (some cabins are much closer to the road). Luckily, the traffic really died down at night, and it was fairly quiet I would stay here again."
