We chose this resort for the Hard Rock name but were disappointed. We paid $125 for a "private" transfer and waited 2.5 hours at the airport. Departure pickup was 11:30 a.m. for a 4:00 p.m. flight. The resort felt poorly maintained; our building’s elevator was broken all week. Food was a major letdown. The buffet was low quality, and Toro served undercooked octopus that made my son sick. When my son had a fever at 1 a.m., the resort refused basic medicine without a $340 medical fee. Most staff seemed indifferent, though our housekeeper was great. Shared walkways felt unsafe, and I never saw pool testing. Overall, the experience didn’t match the price or expectations. We won’t return.

Cleaning the rooms every day and change towels ,every body is friendly ,fresh coconuts always available,we love the steak house.
