We stayed at the premier rooms, which where amazing rooms with high ceilings and luxurious finishes. The staff at the premier was exceptional. Our concierge Glenny tookcare of all our requests and all the employees where very nice. I left my phone on the beach and it was returned to me immediately. We loved our stay so much we cancel our other reservations in punta Cana to stay one more night unfortunately all the premier rooms where taken so we got slightly downgraded to the elites. Glenny had a last minute cancellation and we ended up back in the same premier room , this place is the best resort I have been too and I will be coming back.

We had a great stay at the Family Selection GP in Punta Cana. The property is beautiful - huge well-kept grounds, spacious rooms , clean pools and the beach was spectacular . Our concierge Rafael was amazing and assisted us quickly with everything we needed. Shout out to Enrique at the Nest who served up some great coffee, smoothies and cocktails each morning. A huge thankyou to all the staff that works so hard at keeping up the property and facilities. A few things that could be improved: some of the bathrooms at the Nest, near the pools and the beach were not fully functioning with broken flushes , locks, etc. With only 2-3 stalls in each bathroom, there were lineups to use the 1 or 2 functioning bathrooms at times. While there were pretty good options for lunch with the beachside restaurant, pizza and the seafood place by the family selection pool, the food at the restaurants for dinner was average at best. The rooms and surroundings should be sprayed with mosquito repellent throughout the day as we were constantly plagued by them and covered in mosquito bites throughout our stay. Overall it was a really great stay and we would consider visiting again.

The property was beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful the only issue I had was getting dinner reservations at the steak house but I was accommodated, so it worked out. There’s a shuttle that takes you around to the other properties like the casino and waterpark beach club. Very nice hotel would highly recommend
