“We arrived late but were still able to check in without any issues, even though we were advised that check-in after 4 PM would be self-check-in. The complex is secure, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The only thing I would have preferred was having the towels changed every two days. “As good as expected!”

“Me encanto los cenotes. Pueden mejorar en el buffet.”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we were approached by a sales team member within minutes of arriving and talked into a presentation for a membership opportunity that was supposed to last only 90 mins and included $200 coupons for the spa. In fact all the staff were great Place is definitely value for money with good size rooms and own bath rooms. Air con was excellent and the apartment had all the equipment for home cooking. Beach is lovely, although, just like most of Bravaro...

“Good”

“O café da manhã até as 11h foi perfeito para nós. Não queríamos acordar cedo todos os dias durante as férias. Depois do café, íamos para a praia. Mais tarde, passávamos um tempo na piscina. À noite havia muitos restaurantes e bares. Muito confortável.”

“Perfect”

“Tudo estava ótimo: bom hotel, localização e preço.”
