The entire hotel staff is respectful, polite, and very friendly. The food in the restaurant is great, and another big plus is that you don’t need to take a cab from the airport — they offer a free shuttle service."

The only downsides were the large number of mosquitoes, particularly around the outdoor play area, which made it difficult to spend time there and fully enjoy the space. "Don’t get me wrong very well stay and rooms and cleanliness was a top 10 only thing got me I booked this trip me and my family back in February flew all the way to Puerto Rico for the front desk to tell me 1 of my rooms were cancelled by who I wanted to no they tried to blame Expedia but Expedia had to no claim of this what so ever nor did I receive a cancel email it was upon the resort mistake but they told me I had you get daughters with me and my wife had to stay on different floors because...
