Beautiful resort, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very nice, but not a lot to do in surrounding areas. There is a shuttle service to take guests down to the beach. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. The Terrazza restaurant had a great breakfast buffet every morning.

Great short weekend holiday

Beautiful and quiet hotel. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurants for breakfast and dinner are amazing, beautifully presented and tasty. It would be better if the hotel can provide more daily activities, such as some classes in the gym. And the SPA is not the biggest, but functional.

This is a beautiful hotel located right by the beach. However, be aware that there are several complexes, and the one we stayed in was on top of a hill, requiring a descent to reach the beach. This offers stunning views but necessitates a golf cart ride to get to the beach. Additionally, in Sardinia, there is an unusual practice where beach spots are reserved based on different areas, so even though you pay for beach access, you might find yourself in the third or fourth row from the water, even if you have children. Moreover, the outdoor pool is not heated, and in June, Sardinia can be quite cool, making the pools very cold. The restaurants are more expensive than those on the coast, and the food is acceptable but overpriced, making the price-quality ratio less favorable. Overall, the only general comment is that the hotel is slightly overpriced in terms of value for money.

Delightful Stay with Room for Perfection at Conrad

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Hotel in Sardinia, and I wanted to share our experience. Firstly, the hotel's location is nothing short of stunning. The beaches are beautiful, with crystal clear waters and just the right size of waves to enjoy. It was a true paradise for my wife, young daughter, and me. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a junior suite to a regular suite, which made our stay even more comfortable. The additional space and luxurious amenities in the suite added to the overall experience. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback, which I hope will be taken in the spirit of helping to improve future guests' experiences. We noticed that the water drainage in both the sink and shower was not optimal, which might need some attention. Also, we found that the lights along the footpath to the hotel were often not turned on at night. This was a minor inconvenience, but improving it could enhance the safety and accessibility for guests. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and location, yet I was surprised that there wasn't much variety of the rightly famous and excellent local cheese on offer. To conclude, our stay at the Conrad was memorable and enjoyable. The few issues we encountered were minor and did not significantly detract from our overall positive experience. We appreciate the hospitality and look forward to possibly staying with you again in the future.

Quiet resort. Beaches are beautiful. Please note - children are only allowed in Conrad pool if they are ‘silent or very very quiet’, otherwise they are asked to use the Hotel Village pool (a lower quality hotel). Also on the beach, there is only one umbrella allocated to a room, and so only enough shade for 2 people. If there is a child/children in your room or suite they are not allowed another umbrella. (Despite there being many on the beach unused).

The location was beautiful and the arrival was well catered to, our room was taken care of and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. The food was amazing and consistent, the variety of pools was also great and felt like guest had a lot of personal space and privacy. The barman from the top bar was very energetic and made some great cocktails. Upon check out we did request a hotel transfer which unfortunately was not correct and there was alot of frustration with the incorrect ordering of a car (could not accommodate our luggage) and then the request for further payment for a larger car after we had already paid for the initial booking. We checked out from our second hotel and there was a repeat of the incident and they immediately rectified the error without any additional cost. It would have been appreciated if the same had occurred at the Conrad due to the error.

Find another place. Not worth it

This hotel is not what you expect from a Conrad in Europe. To be honest my overall experience was decent because I was with my family but there are a few details I would like to make you aware of. 1 - The amenities are not up to the brand standard. The beach restaurant is terrible, the main restaurant (Terazza) is awful. I expected a lot more from the food; especially because this is in Italy 2 - The staff wasnt super friendly. They did not go out of their way to make the experience more enjoyable. Also, they lacked training 3 - Many of the staff were seasonal and they didnt speak italian or english 4 - This is a 5* hotel but it shares amenities with lower end hotels. Nothing bad to say about the other hotels; but the quality of the amenities is more like a 3* I am not much of a complainer but honestly I wouldnt recommend it. There are much better value for money options out there.
