The Met Hotel Leeds - Newly Refurbished

"Rooms were very clean and staff very helpful. My only fault on this property was the lack of any drawers within our room that led to items on top of units as case being used for worn clothing. A big mistake in my view but was not allowed to spoil stay."

"An extremely comfortable hotel, in a superb location for the city centre and entertainments such as the Crucible and cinemas, the room was spacious and with good facilities; excellent shower, good table space, large comfy bed. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful and the breakfasts are great."

"Hotel was fine, the DREAM beds are very comfortable, but there are some very inconsiderate customers who spoiled my stay this time! Slamming of bedroom doors & who has a shower at 2am in the morning and sets off the fire alarm! Okay, not the hotel’s fault, but l hate my sleep pattern being disturbed! The breakfast was good, varied and ample choice!"

"Excellent boutique hotel. Well situated. Really nice, helpful staff. Pristine hotel in appearance, well appointed room (except for lack of aircon). Excellent breakfast. Only thing was that I didn't get the best nights' sleep, probably due to lack of aircon, it was quite hot. Would stay again though, no problem."

"The hotel is looking tired and needing a refurbishment, we were upgraded but the bedroom ceiling paper had been stuck back but not painted over, breakfast on day one was ok, day two was poor, breakfast was over 50 mins late due to a coach party being served as well, understaffed, breakfast cold when it can out. Stayed here many times, but it just feels the standards have dropped and really does need a refurbishment"

"Awful lifts. 3 to service 20 floors and at least 1 was out of order. Weirdly we got the same one every time and people in the lift chatted about stopping on random floors being in the lift 10 mins and going up rather than down."
