"It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. The hotel is far from what's in the picture. It's vert dilapidated and unkempt. It smells really bad. "All meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner had extensive selection for all tastes and needs. All excellently, prepared fresh and delicious. We were fortunate to have an upgrade to a large 61m ocean view suite which was extremely comfortable. All staff were extremely helpful and with big smiles.
