The level and quality of generous customer service and support received at the Orakai exceeds that of even high-end hotels in the US. An excellent and relaxing environment. "The hotel was near the stairs to subway station so you don’t have to walk long in the cold especially during winter. There was a convenience store nearby. The hotel staff was helpful and the best part for me was the weighing scale by the elevators to weigh our luggage. That was really helpful for us to decide whether or not we need to add baggage allowance."
