Hi Ronald,We're sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at our property. We do take our guests criticisms to heart, and though we're glad that you were okay with the room, the staff and the food. Little by little and with the patronage of guests such as yourself, we can refurbish the other areas of the property that we've kept closed up since the pandemic. We understand that although we boarded up these areas, our guests still see these, and would admittedly consider them an eyesore. As for the road going to our town of Donsol, well, that's a bigger challenge for a private business, but as stakeholders of the community, we'll be sure to point that out to provincial government of Sorsogon.
