“Yes, very good!”

“### ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 Stars – Disappointing Stay, Room Needs Maintenance My overall stay was average at best. While the hotel had some positives, several issues made the experience less enjoyable than expected. The food was bland and lacked flavor. The shower experience was horrible, and the bathroom clearly needed maintenance. The main bathtub faucet was hanging out of the wall, and the bottom portion of the bathroom door was falling apart. These are things that should have been addressed before...

“The room was really clean. Staff were helpful. We sat in the launch after checking out as we had a meeting to attend before we leave and the staff were really nice about it. Felt like breakfast could have more options though.”

“room was clean an fresh, excellent staff great customer service. Kitchen and parking was great”

“I booked a King ADA suite. When I arrived they handed me a key card. The room was a double queen suite. When I went back to the front desk to inform the lady we were in the wrong room, she told me that the King Suite ADA was double booked. That Expedia overrode their system and it's Expedias fault. I needed the ADA room and was shown little to no disregard for the fact I had a reservation for one.”

“Good”

“Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Our stay was fine, but nothing special. The shower was weak and had a loose cover plate on the tub faucet (rm 207). The room and the entire hotel smelled heavily of perfume maybe? Or an air freshener that made me think they were trying to hide something. The coffee was good, but I wasn't a fan of the food. Overall just good.”

“Lobby area was great. Furniture in suite needed updating. Staff was amazing”

“Great staff who was super helpful and nice. My only issue was breakfast was not included and a very pricey add on for what was available.”

“시설은 오래된듯 하지만 나름 깨끗했습니다”
