“The property itself is beautiful, we went for a hike along the trail and was lovely. Amenities are great, a small but very useful gym and of course many pools on sites. All of the restaurants on site are great. The Michelins restó is a great experience. I booked a lymphatic massage and facial and that was not a good experience felt very unprofessional and highly overpriced in terms of the experience received. ”

“복도에 새거 냄새는 나는데 방에는 이상하게 하수구 냄새가 난다 복도 엘베 비상구 방호실 표시가 잘 안되어 있다 수영장은 들어가서 수영이 불가한 자쿠지 수준이고 아침은 그 절반의 가격을 냈던 호스텔 조식과 큰 차이가 없다 방에는 가운도 비치되어 있지않고 예약시 명시되었던 세탁서비스는 아직 신생호텔이라 제공되지 않는단다 조식 서비스가 시작된 이후에도 테라스를 정리하느라 어수선하고 빈그릇은 바로 치워지지않는다 아직 오픈해서는 안되는 수준의 호텔이다”
