“Enjoyed walking around the grounds. Ease of access to river walk, shopping streets, restaurants.”

“Beautiful property with great views, excellent staff. Convenient walk to town and at least one or two Quinta's (vineyards). Lovely pool and deck. Outdoor patio bar. Only not: breakfast and dinner menu pricey. But food excellent.”

“Location was good, difficult getting taxis between 12 - 1 (2 told us they were on lunch) - waited almost an hour as walk to steep with luggage. Staff were very kind and helpful, but also not around for 20 when we arrived. Jacuzzi was out of order. Amazing views and terrace with a pool, nice grounds, good lunch (sandwiches) and wine, rooms modern but small (it's Europe). We would stay again! Loved hotel cat!”
