“The staff was amazing and our room was very clean. They should upgrade to smart TVs besides that it was perfect”

“The front desk staff was wondetful. I was greeted warmly when I arrived. Check in was quick and amenities were explained. The biggest issue was the room. Huge stain on the carpet in the room. There was a very loud hissing in the room (?pipe issue). I only got 4 hours of sleep as a result and left at 4:30 am. I informed the front desk staff. Would not return for another stay.”

“When I called the main number of the hotel to assure a late arrival, I was greeted with ‘hello’, not identifying the name of the hotel. When I arrived late, my room card was sitting on the counter which I appreciated. In the room, there was a q-tip on the floor viewable from the bed beneath a piece of furniture…not easy to see from the floor but still viewable. The breakfast was pretty good. The shower had mold built up in the grout.”

“The hotel was very clean and my only complaint was how far away our room was from the front desk. We were given a handicap accessible room which wasn’t requested by us but it was on the extreme opposite from the front desk. Being in our 80’s, that was a bit of a hike! Breakfast was good and condition of the property was well maintained.”

“Everything was very clean and the staff was accommodating”

“The location was perfect for our visit. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable and clean.”
