i did not stay long aftr the hiden fees came out.i will pay for my dog but it wasnt included in the price of the room and i had no more money to put out.

We were in Frederica Delaware for a tournament this weekend, and hotel prices were greatly increased so we settled on this motel. The pictures online looked cute but this place is far from cute. Just beware, what you see online is not what you're getting. We probably would've left if it wasn't 10:30 pm when we finally arrived. We wouldn't stay again.

The room had trash on the outside empty boxes. We arrived late at night, the place was very dark. The toliet wouldnt flush and the water ran all night. There was no blanket just two thin sheets. Again this was a last minute stay and thankful I wont be going back.

This is no way that this hotel is a Days Inn chain hotel. This is crazy. Worst than a Third World Hotel. Broken doors, dirty sheets, dirty towels, No one at concierge when checking out. Only 3 customers in the entire hotel on a Saturday night .

Room was not anything like the picture's online. Burn holes on bed spread and was supposed to be a non smoking room. Door had trouble latching. Heater was not very warm and the filters had not been cleaned for a long time. Tv wouldn't come on and there was not a phone in room to call office.

Most of the outlets did not work, it look forever for the shower to get hot, tried to contact the front desk and no one answered, and the TV remote volume didn’t work and the channel would change whenever you walked lasted the TV

Went to check in and sign on counter said be back in 15 min. Man had already been waiting 10 min. 20 minutes later she came and no apology or nothing (by now there was 3 more people waiting). The room was clean, but it was a non-smoking room and there was a cigarette burn hole in sheet and burn stains on the tub plus a big burn spot in floor. Went to check out and again 15 min back sign and no one to be seen

This was a Thanksgiving night, 11/23/23 check-in. When I got to my room there was no heat. Outside temp was mid 40's with overnight lows to be in low 30s I checked yo make sure the unit was plugged in. Returned to the office and was told twice the heat will not come on. Finally she changed me to another room. Before moving my possessions, I made sure there was heat in the room. Them I moved everything to the 2nd room. After getting settled I turned on the TV.. All that came on was a "No Signal" box that moved around the screen. I found that cable adapter cord behind the TV base on the TV table, unplugged. Plugged it and waited about 15 minutes for Direct TV to reinstall itself. Then a channel came on, Telemundo, the Spanish TV network. However the remote ONLY worked to turn TV on/off, Mute sound. NOTHING else worked. By this time it was nearly 10PM and, by coincidence, Telemundo was carrying the Thursday night NFL game, so I turned off the audio, got the audio on my iPhone and watched the game for awhile. Totally unsatisfactory, although the room and everything in it was clean and neat, although the bathroom, especially the toilet needs upgrading. The website indicates "full breakfast". Obviously a misstated "perk". anything but a full breakfast. Fortunately there was an excellent diner nearby for breakfast.

Unfortunately, the property did not have working utilities in the room. When asked if we could get an alternative room, there was no cooperation. Can see how the process to get a refund would seem not worth the time and worry of finding another room; there are probably more people that have been taken advantage of. We left immediately and could not stay.

I do not recommend at all. The rooms are extremely dilapidated. There were bugs in the bathroom. The refrigerator made a continuous loud noise throughout the night so I didn’t sleep. The front door had a 1/2 inch gap underneath in which the cold air was coming through. The bed was creaking and lump sided.

I requested a non smoking room. The room had a stench of cigarette smoke. I talked with two other people who had rooms and they complained of the smoke as well. I went to get my money back and was told that they could not refund me because i booked thru Expedia. I just left and stayed with my son at his house

Fine, but NOT worth the money
I arrived at 4pm—hotel didn’t even look like an open business—one car total in all of the parking lots. Almost drive away. Gave me some creepy vibes, but it was fine. When i checked in my key didn’t work, when I called the front desk to make sure it was the right room there was some attitude given that i put the cards next to my phone. But whatever, that was fine, she had them ready for me when i drove back to the lobby. Open the room and it had a stale cleaning product smell. I mean, the smell derived from cleaning products so it was clean—but smelled bad too. Turning the air on fixed it/i got used to the smell and stopped smelling it. So that was fine. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way—didn’t fit or wasnt hung right in the doorway, but again, it was fine, made due. Room was supposed to have a couch per the picture online, but had an extra table in its place. My friend and i were fine with this, but also would have liked the couch we thought the room had. Overall, stay was fine. Hotel was fine. But for that price?? No way. $250 for two nights, i expect better. If I paid $150, my ratings would be higher and I’d say worth it. The price I paid was not.
