“This hotel has an excellent location in the middle of downtown Asheville, NC. There are excellent restaurants in all directions to choose from. We liked the top floor with several outdoor seating areas and a 360 view of the city. There is a small breakfast venue and evening bar up there also. “We have stayed at the Charlottesville’s and Asheville Kimpton Hotel. Both properties and staff have been excellent. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The only area that could use an update is the exercise room. Both properties had broken equipment. They could use a regular recumbent or upright exercise bike too”

“Great hotel option for downtown Asheville. Easy walk to dining and bars. The staff at this location were amazing - so helpful, friendly, and happy to be there. I call this out because it was so refreshing! Our room was spotless and almost sterile which is great for a pet friendly hotel. Parking was easy as well. The nice touch award was the eucalyptus shower steamer pod available in the morning! Will come back. ”
