“Helpful staff. Clean room. Enjoyed the hot tub”

“Pleaee dont ask me to review a trip ever again. Im an electrician not a liberal.”

“Clean and comfortable ”

“The property was very clean and quiet, ample parking, great location to UW Eau Claire. Downside, no ice machine and limited breakfast.”

“We arrived and first thing we noticed was the hallway and carpet smelled like dogs, cigarettes and carpet was filthy. Then, trying to walk up the extensive staircase, NO HANDRAILS! Went into the room, no fan in the tiny bathroom, also filthy. Grout on floor was NEVER CLEANED! BLACK! The 2 light fixtures in the bathroom didn't have covers on them and you could see the filth around the lightbulbs! Microwave door release button stuck. Fridge freezer door missing. So a huge buildup of ice. Also the...

“Great spot”

“Property was excellent only issue was glass doors on shower”

“Everything was great except when we got back to our room late and got the kids ready for bed we noticed water dripping from the ceiling in our bathroom. The maintenance guy came and looked at it and determined that they needed to cut the ceiling open. We chose to stay in the room because the kids were already for bed so they gave up passes to the trampoline park and arcade for the next day for free. This issue was really out of their control and the staff did everything they could to make sure...

“My room was on the second floor. Someone must have smoked at some point, as there was a faint odor in the air. When I got to my room I noted that it was quite warm. The air conditioner wouldn't turn on after several attempts. When I reported that issue to the very friendly staff member at the front desk, he promptly reassigned my room to one next door. This was very much appreciated!”

“Easy check in. Clean room”

“I have been in many hotels this year and i can assure you that this hotel has one of the best room when it comes to cleanliness”

“Not bad, not great- cheap price though. I’d stay here again”

“There was no TV guide or Bible in the room. Otherwise, comfortable stay for my son and I.”

“Towels were stained. Sheets were stained. Smelled like marijuana in one of our rooms and burning cardboard in the other. Front desk staff was rude and argumentative at times. Overall, it did the job but we won’t be staying again.”

“The dresser drawer kept opening by itself. The spa was way too hot. The pool ladder steps were loose and unsafe. There was no ventilation in the pool area, the steam burned our eyes, and even set of the fire alarm throughout the hotel. The ground outside was covered in cigarette butts and trash. We took our bags out to the car before getting breakfast at 9am on our last day and they had stripped the beds and started clearing the room before we were done in the room. We had to steal a roll of TP...
