“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Henderson! This was our first time traveling with our baby, and Jeanne and Michael were so accommodating!! The food was delicious and it honestly felt like staying with loving family members. If you need an escape that feels like home away from home, The Henderson is the place.”

“The staff who prepared breakfast were vey friendly.”

“The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Granddaughter enjoyed the heated pool. Breakfast was good but was not kept replenished. A little problem at check , language barrier, I spoke English and she didn't. All on all it was good would stay there again.”

“The staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed here because of the high rating, but have to be honest that this is NOT a 9.6 out of 10 hotel. It is older, the furniture is quite dated and the tv is the smallest that I’ve seen in a long time!! It was clean, but really needs updating in order to qualify for the rating it has. Our AC did not work consistently. If you want a nice person at the desk and clean rooms for the price, then by all means, stay here.”

“The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“가격대비 괜찮았습니다.아침 식사도 만족 스럽고 아기자기한 마을도 좋았습니다. 수영장이 너무 작아서 이용하지 않았고 여러군데 낙후된 시설도 있었지만 크게 불편한건 못 느꼈고 잘 지내고 왔어요.”

“The property is close to Main St., Hendersonville, which has very nice. However, I was not very impressed with the cleanliness. Also, one of the lamps in the room had a broken plug in you were unable to plug it into the wall so overall the property was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I suspect that they need closer supervision on maintenance and cleanliness.”

“I loved happy hour on the porch where we could enjoy the atmosphere and meet other guests. A delight.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Charleston Inn. It has a lot of character and charm, and the location on Main Street was perfect for exploring Hendersonville. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the social hour—it was a nice touch and a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely come back when visiting Hendersonville again!”

“Clean, quiet, and quaint.”

“Clean and beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Quick and easy check in. The Hotel is over 100 years old so the floors are very creaky and the walls are paper thin and non insulated so you can hear conversations of everyone in the next room. The toilet clogged up and we didn’t even use it and started running all over the floor. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but nothing special. Overall would stay again for 1 or two nights at most though while visiting that area.”

“Great place to stay for the night”

“This location and cottage was wonderful. We loved our stay. The virtual staff were very quick to communicate with me. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars was b/c the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Other than that, everything was EXCELLENT. Will definitely visit again, despite the water pressure.”

“Definitely a great location if you like being in nature, and staff were helpful, however there were multiple issues with this stay. The main one being mold all over the ceiling. The second being there is no TV, no room phone, and the walls are paper thin. We were up all night because we could hear our neighbors entire conversation like they were in the same room as us.”
