"Stunning hotel and amazing staff. The hotel is also in a great location, 5 minutes walk from downtown where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops etc., but far enough away that you don't hear the noise of downtown. Also, the food and drink available at the hotel itself is just as good as going elsewhere - including a happy hour! "

"The room we got at El Encanto was really nice, especially for the price. This is not a luxury room, but it was clean and comfortable and cute. We got what I think is called the Deluxe room--it's two stories (second story is kind of a loft). There were two double beds and two twin beds in our room, with varying degrees of firmness.
