"I Loved the Friendly and Courteous Staff, Cleanliness of the Hotel and the location. There was a Fire Emergency, during, my, first, night! It was my, first, Fire Emergency and it was scary. I was on the 10th Floor! There were, several Fire Alarms. After, the, initial, clearance to return; Another Alarm initiated. I, proceeded, back down, ten, flights. We were, sequestered, from 8:30pm to 11:30pm. After, returning, to the room and preparing for Bed; I, noticed, that my bracelet was, missing. It was an exhausting and stressful night. I, slept, poorly. I, reported, the, missing, Bracket the, following day. I also reported the incident, at, Checkout. The Manager helped me file a claim. I’m, grateful, that everyone was safe and unharmed. I would, however, like to recover my Bracelet. I, even, back tracked down ten flights of stairs, thoroughly, searched the room, my bags and the Lobby!
The Staff was very, accommodating, offering, a free beverage and updating, us, frequently, after, approaching, the Desk."
