“We were in town for a funeral. Check in was at 1:00 pm and the funeral was at 2:00. We got to the hotel at 12:45 and the reception was extremely rude. She said the room wasn’t ready and we were early. I told her it was no problem, we knew we were a bit early and could wait until the 1:00 check in time. She said that they hadn’t even started cleaning our room and she was mumbling under her breath and be very ugly about it. I explained that we traveled five hours for this memorial service and just...

“Room was clean, but shower was lacking grab bars. At my age it makes a difference. Just wasn't the experience I expected from this class casio. Out side the ground around the front entrance was littered with cigarette buts. It was the experience we wanted on my birthday, of which I don't have many left. The view was the highlight of the trip. Will spend my money elsewhere when we come back to town.”

“Good hotel with kids as well. Great friend staff and rooms were clean. Only part I didn’t care for was having to walk over from parking garage.”

“Everything was in order and it is not some run down house. Big place with a lot of old times interior and wood carving. The outside is big and great for sitting in peace. I liked the location for getting up to the national forest but also to Lake Bistenau and of course around town. ”
