โThe staff are fabulous at this hotel - so courteous, professional, welcoming and helpful. Large, spacious, clean rooms. Very good location. The cherry on top is the wonderful gym, pool and spa facilities - brilliant touch. Lovely reception and bar area, nice place to sit outside also. The only thing I didnโt like was the smoking room as part of the health club - a bit smelly at times. โ
โExcellent hotel, wonderful welcome. The fridge was stocked with water, coffe. The view from the terrace is directly of the city. No complaints at all.

โCet hรดtel est une vraie pรฉpite. Situรฉ au pieds de la montagne Vitosha , il vous propose des chambres avec des vues magnifiques ( notre studio en รฉtait la preuve ). Les amรฉnagements sont confortables , luxueux , choisis avec goรปt.
Nous avons sรฉjournรฉ avec un bรฉbรฉ de 18mois, et nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver un coin enfants dans l hรดtel , beau et adaptรฉ ร tout รขge . Le restaurant est qualitatif , les produits sont de saison . Le personnel est aimable , respectueux . Je recommande .โ
