โWhat a total find. Saw this Hotel mentioned as one of 10 best places to stay on Tenerife. Absolutely lived up to that. Would say best place to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to be so. The rooms are lovely. It's really quiet. Lots of places to sit outside, on the terrace, or around the inside courtyard. Breakfast was lovely, but dinner - wow. โ

The hotel is perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The balconies all face out towards the sea so the views are amazing. The pool is the right temperature and very clean. We had breakfast included and that was plentiful and much variation for a small hotel. Special praise though to the staff, from management, reception, bar staff to the cleaners and maintenance guys. Everyone greeted you with a smile and a Hola ๐

โAlthough the hotel itself is quite nice, the service lacks a lot. The front desk managers except one person were rude and careless.
This hotel really needs to educate its managers.
Also Wifi in the rooms did not work althogh I moved to another room for this reason.โ

โIt is important to note that this is a very small hostel. But that being said, they treat everybody that walks in their door like family.
Alejandro the manager is so attentive and friendly and excited about life. He is the perfect host and a cornucopia of information about the island and all the hiking that can be done there. He is also very happy to take you out dancing.
The place is spotless. The food they make is great. The volunteers that help out there are also top notch.

โNous avons passรฉ 15 jours ร l'hรดtel. Bien sรปr ce n'est pas parfait. Cuisine non รฉquipรฉe, isolation ancienne, mais la qualitรฉ globale est trรจs bonne. Bons lits, grand appartement, beaucoup de services, deux piscines + 1 pour enfants, gym, tennis, ping pong. Un personnel aux petits soins. Nous รฉtions en demi pension, la nourriture รฉtait de qualitรฉ et il y avait beaucoup de choixโ
