Comfortable Room but confusing facilities layout

We were booked in with Best Western but actually had to check in and eat in the Courtyard Marriot. We struggled to get into the parking area as a service lorry and skip were obstructing the entrance. Very confusing as to where we should check in. Our main rooms were in the Best Western Building but everything else was in the Courtyard Marriot building. We were told the only food was the buffet but there was very little left and certainly was not worth 27 EUR each. We then discovered the bar was serving perfectly good pizzas for half this price. Breakfast buffet was much better with plenty of choice. Only 11 min drive to Dresden Airport. I would stay again but maybe in Courtyard Marriot, so everything in the same building.

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, die Bar nicht besonders einladend, die Cocktails teilweise aus der Flasche, die freundliche aber doch etwas gestresste Bardame war auf Grund der vielen Besucher etwas hektisch. Leider erhielten wir ( trotz 2 versendeten Mail vorab) keine Rückinfo zu glutenfreien Backwaren zum Frühstück, war aber vorhanden.

Hallo, zur Sauberkeit und zum Zimmer kann man nichts schlechtes sagen das war soweit gut. Im Allgemeinen würde ich das Hotel zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nicht empfehlen. Aufgrund ich denke Personalmangels ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt und man muss alles über das Nachbar Hotel abwickeln. Check-in war okay. Der Aufenthalt speziell am ersten Abend war für uns sehr unheimlich. Man muss durch die Hintertür aus und eingehen es ist kein Personal vor Ort es fühlt sich an wie ein verlassener Ort. Am Abreisetag: Da ohne Rezeption nur alles schlecht organisiert sein kann hat der Roomservice bereits um 8:30 Uhr ins Zimmer geschaut während wir noch im Bett lagen. Der Check Out hat gut funktioniert bis wir zu unserem Auto wollten. Wir sind ohne Hotelkarte nicht ins Parkhaus gekommen. Es gab dort eine Klingel für unser Hotel und das Nachbar Hotel. Logischerweise haben wir beim Nachbar Hotel geklingelt aber diese Telefonnummer war nicht mehr vergeben. Über Google haben wir dann die Telefonnummer des Hotels rausgesucht. Genau das selbe diese Rufnummer ist nicht vergeben. Also haben wir uns entschieden einmal um das Parkhaus zu laufen um einen Eingang zu finden. Das war vergebens. Danach haben wir weiter geschaut und eine andere Telefonr des Hotels gefunden. Die Frau hat uns dann gesagt da müssen Sie schon bei ihrem Hotel fürs Parkhaus klingeln hat gelacht und aufgelegt. Tatsächlich hat sich dann eine Frau unseren Hotels gemeldet und die Tür geöffnet. Alles in allem ein Grausame Erfahrung!

Läget är bra med goda förbindelser mellan gamla stan och övriga delar av staden genom bussar och spårvagnar. God och rik frukost. Personal är hjälpsamma. Dyrt (26 euro/per person) på en enkel buffé i hotellets restaurang och kaffe o te ingår inte i priset. Dåligt att en gäst behöver betala extra (5 euro/per dag och per person) för användningen av hotellets gym och pool. Att priset för en sådan fyra stjärniga hotell ingår inte gym och pool är för dåligt.
