"Staff at hotel were amazing . Room was very spacious and clean.. Breakfast was very nice. Hotel is in a great location for exploring York. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff were excellent. Service was brilliant for breakfast and we had meal in the restaurant on our first night . The young man serving us was very welcoming and advised us re the tapas menu . Room comfortable. The bathroom was a little tired shower was excellent but decor needs refurbishing . After a shower the room was drenched in condensation. The bathroom heater wasn’t working on the first night there . All in all no complaints this was our second visit to this hotel and we will come back "
