My husband and I came to get away from our busy lives and enjoy our honeymoon. Unfortunately we were sick most of the time, but Quail Hollow provided us a nice and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. I would however change some things. The furniture is a little out of date, not very comfortable (bed&couch). It was nice to have a gym but it was very limited and rundown, but we were grateful to have something for exercise. The thermostat was super wonky...we woke up in horrible hot flashes every night. But that could've also been attributed to our sickness. We followed the directions on the thermostat to not move it more than 3 degrees at a time, but we were still hot and cold hot and cold. Other than these few things, it was quiet and a beautiful scenery. We recommend for people who aren't looking to do much but relax. Even the area is pretty scarce with things to do. Didnt matter to us though- relaxation and good food was all we needed! Security and front desk attendants were so nice, loved them! Thank you Quail Hollow for our stay!

We liked that the locations was quiet and by a lake, great views. We didn't like that the property wasn't taken care, lack of upkeep outside. The inside was what you would expect for the price. Nothing fancy just everything that you need for and enjoyable stay. We might stay there again.

Beautiful property, great location but they let the units fall apart. Outside and inside dilapidated. The only thing new was the couch and the carpet. Sliding doors and windows you could not even see out or open.

Liked that there was a restaurant and a beach as well as the indoor pool, although the pool was out of commission the whole time.

We could not have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. The property is a little dated but they are working to upgrade. The maintenance team was spectacular, the few issues we had were addressed in a matter of minutes, regardless of the time that we called. This will definitely be our go to place when we return to visit NEPA. Thanks for everything!!!

The cabin was just great. Nice and quiet area that’s great for anyone who lives in a big city. Family friendly. Definitely a great place to go and me and my family will be back there soon

The sliding glass doors could not be left open due to no screen doors. upper decks unusable. Wasn't too bad, but would not go back. Recommend sitting on deck at clubhouse. Very nice and relaxing.

My brother and I each drive halfway from our respective homes to meet here in the middle for a nice "catch-up. Overall, I'd give this property four stars because it met my expectations. I knew the furniture would be dated, but comfortable, for example. But, the view by the lake is absolutely tremendous and the peace and solitude, especially in January, is wonderful. The communication provided by the resort and the staff was excellent. We couldn't figure out how to operate the numerous remotes for the TV and had nothing but snow on the TV. I called maintenance and they sent someone over right away to fix it. I would have given a full five stars but for a few suggestions--and NOT because it's a little old. We knew that going in and reviewers who completely put the place down for that should probably go to a five star resort and pay thousands of dollars if that's what they want. Housekeeping could have been a little more thorough, especially in the bathroom, and cleaned the floor a bit better. There was a bag of the previous guests' trash and a bag of ashes from a fire left on the patio. There were no mattress pads on the beds. I would think those should definitely be provided. An extra blanket or two in the winter would be nice. We had our starter coffee filters, but no coffee. Mostly, however, it was tranquil, beautiful, staff was friendly and polite and we'd stay there again.

Stayed for 3 nights at this property and the stay was awesome! The people leaving bad reviews aren't being reasonable. It was a good size, kitchen was fully stocked with any type of supplies you would need to cook literally anything. Balcony's were a nice feature and had bar which made it feel super safe. TV was on the older side but did have many channels and the WiFi worked well! We used the pool amenities that were included and it was a fun getaway! The place was quiet and had a good view of the lake from where we were at. We very much enjoyed our experience and will be coming back for the low prices they offer, you can't beat a full condo with all the amenities.

Very quiet environment, spacious inside but cleanness was terrible, Microwave was there which didn't work. All areas not vacuumed, floor was dirty, even one bed didn't have a pillow case and linen.

Beautiful scenery, like the club house. Main floor of condo was ok but 1 bedroom had wet spots, mold on cieling other bedroom had stained and moldy curtains.

The property is in poor condition physically and is extremely outdated. Not much attention is paid to upkeep and cleanliness.

This place needs a really really good clean up spider waves all every where in the house and outside a lot more green walls outside to the point you cant touch nothing someone needs to check this place for cleaning

Terrible this property is soooooo filthy broken decrepit there was only one person cleaning the entire property there was a ring around the toilet it rained inside the house microwave was taped together bed linen appeared to have not been changed couches were dusty and old spider webs were everywhere as well as geese feces were all over the property mold was all on the outside that just needs a good pressure washing recreation area was a joke all games were inoperable the receptionist had a very nasty attitude when I inquired about this area she acted annoyed like if I was bothering her carpet had holes was dirty and had a very unpleasant odor I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean the place before me and my family used anything

I was kind of worried because the reviews but my experience was excellent. Wake up in the morning and see the lake, goose, nature was out of this world ohhhh and deers at night. Everything you possible need is inside the house. Amazing!!!!!

This place is not as bad as people are saying. It’s a peaceful place and everyone has their own experiences. Mine was fantastic. The rooms definitely need upgrading and so does the balcony area. But other than that it’s fine
