"We really enjoyed our stay in Atlantis. It’s so clean and has so many amenities. We really liked that we had free access to Aquaventure. Our housekeeper Sandip was also great and very considerate towards our things. He really went out of his way to organize my skin care items near the sink, place a mousepad under my husband’s mouse, and even provided us with extra cloths to clean our glasses. Two days before we left, he even left us a surprise on our bed with swans made out of towels and rose petals. We really appreciated the gesture. The service in Atlantis is comparable to that in Maldives. You can tell their dedication to providing excellent service to all their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The only downside is how far it is from downtown so keep in mind the amount of money you will spend using uber or careem. "
"The best hotel we've ever stayed at. The service was really stand out for us. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to help us and make our trip memorable - especially the house keeping staff.
We opted for the half board package (Jumeirah Flavours) which also included access to all the hotels on the resort and free buggies between them.
Will definitely be returning very soon!"
"Staff are brilliant, room was not as good as previous years but ok. Shower was poor this time, taps looked as though they needed attention.
Issue one day with waterfall masonry where a chunk of stone fell into the pool from the top of the waterfall, thankfully missed swimmers. Was left all day and then repaired overnight.
