“Charged minibar that I never used. Even the minibar charge has happend when I came back home. I send them e-mail three times but they didn't try anything to explain what has happened but just let me to understand. I booked lot of hotel and resort for more than 10 years but I had never experienced this kind. It's five star resort they said but after came back home they chaged their attitude like a rougue. So disappointed. And I'll never go this place again, and have will not recomend this...

“It was just great and comfortable !!”

“This is one of the best hotels we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The staff could not have been more helpful. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all staff who made our stay amazing.”
