"we had a 1BR suite and the rooms were amazing including a gorgeous view of the Burj Al Arab. The breakfast at Besh (included in our stay) was wonderful with a variety of foods offered from around the world. The staff was very kind, patient and also just overall it was a great experience to be at this hotel. Proximity to the mall of the emirates (internally connected) was another plus to the location of the hotel. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel, especially for a stay with family!"

"Staff was great and respectful. They remembered your names and were very helpful. The Tour Company located within the hotel Blackstone Tourism Group headed by Kookie and Kristna our tour guide, was amazing. This company arranged all our tours and Kristna stayed with us no matter the time whether it was 11pm or midnight. He also respectfully would guide us on appropriate behaviors within this culture with us coming from a western society and not wanting to offend. Breakfast you won’t want to miss. It was quite a spread and you get an assortment of western and local dishes also omlettes could be made to order. Room was pleasant and good size. We had no complaints. "
