we had a 1BR suite and the rooms were amazing including a gorgeous view of the Burj Al Arab. The breakfast at Besh (included in our stay) was wonderful with a variety of foods offered from around the world. The staff was very kind, patient and also just overall it was a great experience to be at this hotel. Proximity to the mall of the emirates (internally connected) was another plus to the location of the hotel. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel, especially for a stay with family!

Direct access too Emirates mall

Nice hotel if you like to have direct access too Emirates mall. We like too stay a few days here before we go to another hotel. Shopping of course and many good dining options. Din tai fung at the mall is a must eat place, so is also the Cheesecake Factory for food, not cakes… and Paul for delicious France cakes. Is also a okay swimming pool area here. Small but it has sun until the evening.

This is a wonderful hotel and all of the staff in this complex are exceptional. This was our second stay at this hotel. The rooms were so clean with everything you look for in a good hotel. The breakfast dining room is excellent with a great range to choose from. The staff in the restaurant were so helpful and courteous. Location above the shopping centre is fantastic.
