“This hostel does not exist, there is also no pool or breakfast. Instead, in the neighboring building, people sleep on mattresses on the floor.They sent an email that there were no places in the hostel when we were already on the plane. And when we arrived in Dubai, people in the neighboring building told us to look for other accommodation. Everything that is written about this hostel on the Internet is a lie. Be careful.”

“It is in a nice and convenient part of town. They did not have good directions for getting into the property. Did not even explain that there was another bathroom to use with a shower which would have been nice considering the bathrooms were always occupied. Worth the stay, but could have been better. ”

“Excellent service & location! Great views towards marina, and right next to The Walk where all the hustle and bustle is. Possibility to leave luggage there early in the morning before check-in was a great help for me. Super quiet and super clean + modern. Definitely recommend the place !”

“ La chambre est telle que la description l’annonce mais l’oreiller et le matelas ne sont pas vraiment propres. Il faudrait mettre un protège-matelas et deux housses car, par transparence, on voit que ce n’est pas net. Pas de clefs aux serrures alors que c’est un hostel ou tout le monde va et vient. Et mixte. Je suis allée prendre une douche mais le tuyau était totalement détruit et donc cela ne sortait pas par la pomme de douche mais par la fente de ce tuyau et donc le début et la projection...

"I had to call every day to send someone to fix the electricity as outlets and the long lamp were not working. On my 4th day morning I called and asked for an extra hairdryer because the hairdryer suddenly not working and I was in the wet waterdropping hair but their employee said that I have to WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO FIX and if it does not working then they will give an extra. What a stupid employees they are. Also I asked for the room change and the hotel employees asked me to pack my luggage to move but they DID NOT GAVE OR MOVE STUFFS TO THE NEW ROM. And it seems that the room got smaller too. WHAT A STUPID RESPOND. I think most of this hotel's people are not ready to be a hotelier. I highly recommend people who wants to stay safe and clean, find another hotel which built recently. A towel had a hole and I also faced bigger than a inch long cockroach in my new room. "

"스위트룸에 4박 5일 머물렀습니다. 충분히 넓은 공간이었고 모든것이 사용하기에 편리했고 청결도가 매우 우수했습니다. 무엇보다 Horizon Club 라운지의 직원들이 매일 친절하고 세심하게 챙겨주어서 매우 감사했습니다. 특히 NIKHIL, ERIKO, IMAYA, CHENG 에게 고맙다는 말을 전하고 싶습니다. IMAYA가 추천하는 스리랑카의 샹그릴라에도 꼭 가보도록 하겠습니다. 그녀의 친절한 미소가 항상 좋았습니다."
