건물 외벽에서 지속적으로 나는 기계음이 매우 거슬린다. 그리고 가구에 댐퍼같은 장치가 없어서 내 방 가구에서 나는 소리에 깜짝 놀랄정도이며, 다른 방에서 나는 소리때문에 잠에서 깨기도 한다.

처음 호텔에 도착하니 예약했던 원베드가 없다고 트윈베드를 줬어요. 이 부분에서 상당히 실망스러웠네요. 예약을 그럼 왜 받았는지? 방은 조용했지만 청결상태가 좋지는 않다고 보였어요.

I had a junior suite, and room is a bit dingy, but overall okay. However, driving to parking lot is not very friendly, you have to go all the around the block and search for the entrance to the parking.

i cant believe current estimated value. manager in lobby is very rude and the hotel is impossibe to invite my friend even i used room alone which reserved for 2 people. even i paid money for 2 people, only i had to use the room and the manager threated me with saying calling police. i strongly recommend not to use the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay. It has almost everything we needed, well almost because there's not enough choice on television and we has a connecting room the other tv doesn't work, at the end of the day after all the walking around sight seeing sometimes you just wanna see what one tv but not much choices, but other than that we enjoyed our stay, they have a gym, pool, the location is perfect close to all the shops.would stay here again.

During my stay at the hotel, I found the ambience to be pleasant and comfortable, with the air conditioning running effectively. However, as a person who is sensitive to cold, I found the room to be excessively chilly. The bathroom was aesthetically pleasing, but I noticed that the bathtub was in need of renovation. Additionally, the water temperature was quite cold, despite the warning provided. I believe it would have been appropriate for the hotel to offer a discount given this issue. Unfortunately, I observed some issues with the service during my stay. The bathroom appeared to have been cleaned hastily, as I found a toothbrush on the floor. Additionally, I was not offered assistance with my luggage upon arrival. I would recommend that the hotel pay close attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, as the remote control was found to be quite dirty, and the portraits on the wall were in need of dusting. Despite these issues, I would recommend the hotel to others, with the caveat to pay attention to the cleanliness and service.

ホテルのスタッフは皆親切で、フレンドリーで満足しております。掃除もしっかりされており部屋は快適にすごせました。 Hotels.comのVIPサービス(部屋のアップグレードやフリードリンク)はなく、ホテルの隣の商業地のカラオケが深夜までうるさいのが残念でした。 部屋のバスルームのドアが閉まらないことと、 交換してくれましたが、部屋のケトルが汚かったことも残念。
